Single Window Clearance System

 
Power/Electricity Subsidy
  • Two-part electricity tariff i.e. fixed and variable tariff and provide power at a variable tariff of Rs. 5/- per KVAH for five years with no increase in the existing fixed electricity tariff.
  • 100% Exemption from electricity duty for 10 years
  • 100% Exemption from electricity duty for 15 years in case of Anchor units
Capital Subsidy
  • Govt. Host Institutes shall be provided capital grant of 100% of FCI subject to max INR 1 Cr for setting up of Incubator (MISSING)
  • Private Host Institutes & Stand-alone Incubators shall be provided capital grant of 50% of FCI subject to max INR 50 lakh for setting up Incubator
Interest Subsidy
  • MSME- 5% p.a. Interest Subsidy in Border Districts and Kandi Area and SC/Women Entrepreneurs upto 10 Lakh/ year for 3 years
VAT/CST/SGST/TAX Exemption/Reimbursement
  • MSME – 100% Reimbursement of net SGST, Reimbursement of 50% of expenses (ZED Scheme of GOI), 100% Exemption in ED, SD
  • Large – 75% of net SGST, 100% Exemption in ED, SD & 50% Property Tax
  • Thrust Sector – 100% of net SGST, 100% Exemption in ED, SD &CLU/EDC, PTax
  • 100% exemption of all taxes & fees paid for purchase of raw material upto 10 years
  • Early Bird Units in New Industrial Parks – 100% of net SGST up to 125% FCI
  • Border Zone units- 100% exemption from CLU, EDC charges, 75% exemption on all state taxes & duties for the First unit, first unit will also be entitled to 40% additional FCI
For Anchor Units
  • 100% Reimbursement of net GST Incentive for 15 years upto 200% of FCI
  • 100% Exemption from CLU/EDC charges • Employment Generation subsidy @ Rs. 36,000/ employee/ year for men and Rs. 48,000/ employee/ year for women and SC/BC/OBC upto 5 years • 100% Exemption from ED for 15 years • Exemption from payment of extra 2% over MSP to Food processing units for setting up private marketing yards
